As a fully owned Australian company, Axiom Business Systems has grown steadily since its foundation to become an International organization, serving a varied client base with financial and customized management systems, in both Australia and North America. Axiom Business Systems has maintained a stable and effective ownership and management structure, with the original directors still holding full ownership of the company’s shares.
After many years of installing and supporting customizable accounting solutions, in 1998 a large cemetery in Australia commissioned Axiom Business Systems to design a highly integrated cemetery management suite, linking funeral order reservations, cemetery maps, financial systems and public enquiries. After successfully implementing the system into a number of cemeteries in Australia, the Charon Cemetery Management Suite was then launched into the North American market at the International Cemetery, Cremation and Funeral Association Conference in Orlando during April 2002.
Axiom Business Systems corporate affiliations include the Australian Cemeteries and Crematoria Association (ACCA), the International Cemeteries, Crematories and Funeral Association (ICCFA), the Catholic Cemeteries Conference, and numerous state associations.
A key partnership in Axiom Business Systems’ history has been with Sage International Accounting as an authorized reseller, a status which it has held for the past twenty years. Axiom Business Systems initiated its relationship with predecessor SBT late in the 1980’s as a result of SBT’s innovative approach to open systems and access to source code. With the evolution and incorporation of SBT into ACCPAC in 2000, and subsequently Sage www.sage.com in 2007, the perpetuation of a robust, source-code application for modern day financials is now guaranteed.
As part of its dedication to providing excellence in customer service,Axiomhas participated in an independently conducted evaluation of its customer service performance. On an annual basis, Axiom’s clients are surveyed to provide a quantitative and qualitative response to various aspects of customer service.
