The Charon Cemetery Records System can be seen as the central hub, from which many cemetery specific functions can be controlled, and because it is linked directly with Sage Pro ERP and Axioms’ own cemetery mapping suite, Charon Cemetery Records has the simplicity and depth of function to allow total control over all cemetery operations.
- All cemetery services including pre need, burials, cremations and lift and deepen are booked into the system, deeds, burial certificates and permits are produced
- Inventory is sold, relinquished and transferred
- Invoices, work orders and statements are produced and maintained by the system
- Integrated cemetery maps are viewable from within service, site and deed screens
- Images can be linked and displayed directly from many of the screens within the Charon Cemetery Records System
- The Charon Trust and Care module enables the automatic generation of liability (payments due) for all prearranged services and products
