In an age where families are transient and scattered all over the globe, Axiom has responded to a growing need for families to be able to perform cemetery record searches for their loved ones. By using the Axiom Cemetery Management Suite anyone can log into the cemetery’s website and search for family names, date of death, place of rest amongst other options.
Historians, family tree researchers, and geographically scattered family members can utilize the cemetery record search facility to zoom into the cemetery map and identify the precise location of a grave, niche or crypt.
This information can be obtained from the Axiom Touch Screen through a kiosk facility or the Axiom eSearch module, which functions in association with the cemetery website.
Customer service is further enhanced by providing printable maps of the cemetery property, burial details, information regarding surrounding sites, the exact burial location and a portion of the surrounding area presented all on one page. No delays, no redundancy and complete accuracy.
