Report Mapping
Your company depends on the information your current reports
provide for making sound business decisions. Using our Report
Mapping process, our analysts ensure that your mission-critical
information is still available when you convert to your new
system.
By meeting with your team and identifying your mission-critical
information and reports, our analysts can then show your team
the proposed replacement reports from the new system. Any
required changes or additions will be made before your company
transfers to the new system. You can be sure the information
you need to operate your business will be available from the
very first day.
Workflow Documentation
No one knows your business better than you. Our analysts work
closely with your staff to understand the fundamentals of
how your business operates. They will examine your business
processes by evaluating your work environment and analysing
your workflow.
After our analysts have gathered their initial data, they
will turn it into a tangible report for your team members
to review, clarify, and expand upon.
The Project Plan
Once the Report Mapping is complete and both analyst and client
are comfortable that the workflow documentation is accurate,
the Project Plan will be written.
The Project Plan includes a description of how the most complex
issues involved with your implementation are to be handled
in the software, as well as a detailed list of all the known
tasks that have to be completed in order for the new system
to be successfully implemented.
