Network Tune-Up
A stable network is a key to a successful implementation. To ensure your new system operates reliably, our Network Specialist will review your network including the file server, workstations, cabling, printers, and backup devices. He will then evaluate how well the network meets Microsoft (or Novell) standards, as well as our software's minimum recommended standards. As a result of this investigation, our specialist will, as necessary, prepare a plan for ensuring the network is fully operational and compliant.

Our specialist or your Internet Technology group can then implement the planned improvements so the network can be certified and approved before installing the software.

Software Installation
Our Network specialist will load the new software onto your network, and fully configure it for your network, printers, workstations, etc.

This process also includes the basic setup of the new software. In consultation with your System Administrator, we will set up users and set security information, along with the options end-users identified during Setup Planning in Phase II.

Burn-In
A period of rigorous testing will ensue, including a full, multi-user stress test to identify any obvious defects early enough for corrections before cutover. The tester will also verify that core installation settings and configurations are correct.

Depending on your specific project's needs, our analyst can conduct a conference room pilot of the new system where we demonstrate key features for your users.
