Project Management Tools
All work that an Axiom consultant performs is thoroughly documented. We provide our clients with a number of deliverables at every stage of the project as the work scheduled has been completed, including status reports. The Axiom Project Manager will prepare a Weekly Status Report for the entire implementation team. The report will include an overview of the project, a recap of the previous week's completed tasks, and a preview of the upcoming week. This document is vital to keeping all participants informed about what is happening with the project.

Trouble Log Reporting Form
Using the Trouble Log Reporting Form, our clients can quickly and easily report system difficulties and challenges. When the Trouble Log Reporting form is faxed to Axiom, it is immediately entered into our Incident Tracking System, ensuring that no incidents "fall through the cracks." The opportunity for miscommunication is thus greatly diminished, and the Project Manager can follow up on challenges to ensure completion.

Record of Work Performed
All Axiom consultants are required to complete an RWP whenever he or she does work for a client. This document shows how much time was spent on services, and gives exact detail of what work was done. These documents are faxed to the client, informing them each day of what work is completed.

The Project Recap
The Project Recap tracks the use of allotted hours in an implementation. By closely following how many hours are remaining in any given phase of a project, potential
overruns can be foreseen and dealt with before they happen. Hours can be shifted from areas that are over-budgeted, or reduced in scope.
